Martha Sudovsky, Vice President of Operations

As a founding employee, Martha has been the backbone of AmeriFactors for over 20 years. She is the leader of all aspects of day-to-day business in the corporate office. One of Martha’s most critical roles involves the daily management of all wire transfers. Martha’s operational planning and funding expertise helps clients reach new levels of success.

Robert Miggins, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

With over 13 years of experience and a MBA from the University of Georgia, Robert oversees all aspects of accounting and finance operations, including executing the capital raising initiatives and all financial planning & analysis responsibilities.

Chris Davis, Vice President of Credit Collections

Chris has 30 years of factoring, credit and collections experience. He is an expert at all aspects of banking and business-to-business factoring across a broad spectrum of manufacturing and services-based industries.

Joyce Schultz, Vice President of Verification

During the past 7 years Joyce has managed the critical function of invoice verification for all of AmeriFactors’ clients. Through daily communication with clients, Joyce ensures they get the cash they need in a timely manner.

Kim Johnson, Assistant Vice President/Comptroller

For the past 15 years, Kim has been an integral part of the AmeriFactors team. She leads all aspects of the processing and accounts receivable department. In addition, Kim manages the state-of-the-art AmeriFactors web based online reporting system.

Lindsay Freese, Senior Account Executive

Lindsay leads the effort to quickly and efficiently process the funding for all deals requested by AmeriFactors’ clients. She keeps the factoring deal moving from start to finish, satisfying clients’ needs for constant cash flow. Lindsay is also responsible for setting the high level of service expectations AmeriFactors clients enjoy.

Bonny Jacobi, Director of Special Projects

With over 10 years of experience at AmeriFactors, Bonny provides invaluable expertise in coordinating communications between the firm’s legal team and the executive staff. She also oversees the auditing of final deal funding for all of AmeriFactors’ valued clients.

Pat Wilfong, Account Debtor and Payment Supervisor

As a 7-year veteran of AmeriFactors, Pat expertly and quickly processes all accounts receivable payments so clients get their rebates and additional consideration funding weekly.

With over 32 years of banking and factoring experience Dan manages the AmeriFactors credit insurance portfolio and lends his financial expertise to support critical accounting functions. He is heavily involved in assisting our CFO in all financial reporting and forecasting.
