As a founding employee, Martha has been with AmeriFactors since the beginning in 1990. Martha is responsible for managing all Accounts Payable functions for the company and assists with the daily processing of Accounts Receivable. In addition, she provides full management of Human Resources and payroll. One of Martha’s most critical roles involves the handling of all wire and ACH transfers. Martha’s operational planning and funding expertise continues to help AmeriFactors clients reach new levels of success.

Bria joined Amerifactors in 2015, bringing with her 25 years in consumer market and public company experience. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounting and finance operations for the Company, including investor relations and all financial planning & analysis functions. For the past 17 years, Kim has been an integral part of the AmeriFactors team. She leads all aspects of the processing and accounts receivable department. In addition, Kim manages the state-of-the-art AmeriFactors web based on-line reporting system.

Joe has been a valued team member of AmeriFactors since 2010. He brings over 27 years of financial experience to the company. Joe is responsible for many critical financial tasks including; weekly and monthly financial statements, balance sheet account schedules, annual budget preparation, employee health benefit and financial analysis, external audit assistance, tax preparation, and special projects for the CEO. Joe holds a Certificate in Accountancy from Bentley College in Waltham, MA and has a BA in Political Science from Seton Hall University in NJ.

With a BS in Accounting from Fordham University and an MBA in General Management and Leadership from Rollins College in Winter Park FL, Joonmo offers 17 years of experience in asset-based lending and factoring. He is responsible for the underwriting and due diligence regarding all prospective and current clients plus their debtors.

Keiko graduated from Kwansei Gakuin University, Kobe Japan, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Studies. She joined the AmeriFactors team in 2014. Keiko evaluates underwriting compliance requirements and periodically reviews the standards to ensure all clients receive quick fundings. She also works to ensure that the Account Executive team is updated regarding any compliance issues.
